Now isn't the time to neglect daily exercise. And those who don't make time for fitness must eventually make time for illness.

I personally liked the 4th point and I would try to follow the regime as suggested..

Cool! Somehow i have never been a fan of self help books & needless to say have Never read Robin Sharma. But great that you enjoy him & will get to read him.
